Having coached hundreds of individuals and worked with thousands of clients in a wide range of industries, Theresa Pidcock is passionate in her belief that every member of any business has the potential to rise to greatness and tap into a new spirit of growth.
Before moving into the field of coaching, she worked with the California based firm, AGI Publishing, first as a district sales manager and then as Regional Vice President of Sales. During the twelve years she spent in the field of publishing, she earned back-to-back campaign awards and demonstrated her ability to inspire individuals at all levels of the business to tap into their full talent and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
In her work as a coach, Theresa believes in the value of communication and listening, and encourages the business leaders she works with to welcome the ideas and contribution of every member of the team. A graduate of The Protocol School of Washington and certified as a life coach by the internationally renowned Martha Beck Institute, she has a talent for finding the issues at the heart of any organization that can be targeted to move the needle – and, even more importantly, provide every member of the team with greater fulfillment in their work and peak performance in the way they serve their clients and customers. Theresa Pidcock and her husband reside in Austin, Texas -- and she is excited about the opportunity to work with clients of the Activate Group throughout the USA.
Richard Noland started his career with Ernst & Ernst (Ernst & Young) working with SEC clients. He then went to Steego Corporation, a NYSE conglomerate. In 1979 he was recruited to Southeast Toyota Distributors, Inc. where he held several positions including Vice President of Accounting and Vice President of Operations. His biggest accomplishment was running Southeast Industrial Equipment a forklift operation, which he grew from $18 million to $50 million in annual sales. Since leaving JM Family he has been consulting with a variety of businesses such as a race track, health club, chemical distribution, promotional products, temp agency, background security and antiques.
Albert Noa has over twenty-five years of experience in Strategy Development and Execution, Human capital Management, System Design and Implementation, Performance Management and Process Improvement across various industries.
Albert has held lead and management positions with KPMG LLP and FPL (Florida Power & Light); leading Business Process Improvement projects, system implementations, and HR design and analysis efforts for clients across various industries, including several Fortune 500 organizations.
Throughout Albert’s career he has served as a trusted enabler and advisor; combining experience, communications skills and vision with a basic common sense approach in developing organizations focused on delivery, thought-leadership, process, performance and the execution of strategy. He is a regular lecturer at MSMIS, MBA and International MBA classes at various Universities and presenter at various regional and national conferences. Excelling at enabling an environment of teamwork and collaboration; Albert’s team-oriented approach allows for the open sharing of ideas, creating an inclusive and productive atmosphere.

Marilyn C. Durant
Marilyn partners with businesses and individuals in thought leadership to develop and implement talent strategy and employee engagement solutions to improve organization effectiveness. She aligns assessment, strategy and delivery of solutions spanning the entire employee life cycle; including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee and leadership development, change management, career management, career transition and outplacement to achieve individual and organizational performance. Clients span a variety of industries including technology, telecommunications, construction, insurance and financial services, healthcare and medical services, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, etc.
Prior to starting her own practice in 2006, Marilyn was Vice President of Human Capital for a national start up organization; where she developed and implemented a successful talent and leadership strategy to acquire, develop and integrate people, processes and systems on a national basis at all levels.
As Vice President at Right Management Consultants, Marilyn developed and managed key business relationships. She also provided organization consulting, leadership coaching and career transition service delivery to high profile corporate clients; yielding improved organization results.
Previous to joining Right, Marilyn was Senior Manager for Florida’s HR Consulting for RSM McGladrey, a nationally recognized Public Accounting firm. Prior to that, she was an independent consultant, who co-founded and managed her former Human Resources Consulting firm with 20 employees for six years before merging forces with RSM; providing HR and organization development solutions for a variety of domestic and international clients across a variety of industries.
Preceding her consulting career, Marilyn developed her leadership and HR management skills at Bloomingdale’s Stores for ten years; first as HR Director for their Boca Raton prototype store with over 900 employees. She was later promoted to the Director of Administration; with combined store operations and HR under her leadership. Prior to Bloomingdale’s, Marilyn was Director of HR for Sysco Foods, Florida; Corporate Director of Training for Jordon Marsh Stores and earlier; corporate and branch store service and systems training for Burdines’s, a division of Federated Stores.
She has been recognized for her services to her profession and the community; including the Business Journal’s Excellence in Human Resources Award; finalist for the HR Professional of the Year and South Florida Staffing Management Association and an Athena Award nominee. She served three years as the District Director for HR Florida’s State Council and was awarded the District Director of the Year. Marilyn is Past President of the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC) and was awarded Florida’s Chapter President of the Year Award. She is the creator of HRPBC’s Best in HR Awards and HRABC’s HR Best Practices Awards and later inducted to HRABC’s Member Hall of Fame. Marilyn served three years on the Board of Directors for the HR Association of Palm Beach County (HRPBC) and serves as on the Past Presidents’ Counsel for HRABC. She also served as mentor for the South Florida Compensation and Benefits Association and the HR Advisory Board for Florida International University and was an active board member for The Child Care Resources and Referral Services HR Committee.
Marilyn has been interviewed and quoted in national and local publications and radio such as NPR, News Channel 5, The Wall Street Journal, Sun-Sentinel, Palm Beach Post and Miami Herald to name a few. Marilyn has been the key note presenter on various Talents, Career and Workforce related topics to numerous SHRM events and other associations; including HRPBC, HRABC, GMSHRM, etc., the Financial Executive International (FEI), The Business Development Board, Chamber of Commerce, HR Fla. State Council, Florida Blood Banks, the Construction Financial Management Association and Nova Southeastern’s Florida Career Consortium and has conducted numerous SHRM HR certification preparation courses.
Ms. Durant is an accredited Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP through The Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Miami.
