He has earned Bachelors and MBA degrees from Florida International University and completed advanced Executive Programs at Harvard Law School and the University of Chicago.

Pablo J. Perez was founder and partner of the regional office of Perez Porta and Associates, a Venezuela-based CPA firm that later joined Arthur Andersen & Co. as a member office. As partner, Pablo directed the Human Resources division, and was the lead instructor of the Development Training School for Senior Management and staff in the United States and Mexico.
Pablo has over 20 years of experience in finance and organizational performance, and has guided clients in a variety of sectors from banking to manufacturing, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and telecommunications, with special skills in high-level coaching and advanced development programs.
Pablo holds a degree in Accounting from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
