Mr. Sanchez has 20 years of experience in Strategy Development and Execution, Finance and Accounting, Organizational System Design & Implementation, Performance Management and Process Improvement. He is responsible for the development and management of a consulting organization focused on delivery, thought-leadership and performance; providing coaching and facilitation to various clients.
Formerly, Mr. Sanchez was the Vice President of Operations at the largest Florida based distributor of medical supplies with over 760 Million in Revenue. He was responsible for the organization’s operations from HR, IT, Procurement, Contract Management, Distribution and facility management. He was also the lead for all mergers and acquisitions, the development and design of the various distribution centers in Tampa, FL., Cleveland, OH as well as the facilities on Panama, Colombia, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Mr. Sanchez also was a senior consultant at KPMG. As part of their Global Consulting Practice, he worked with several clients leading Business Process Improvement projects, ERP system implementations, HR design and analysis as well as finance and accounting system designs and audits.
